Main tasks:

• Maintaining and updating the database

• Conducting interviews with candidates

• Support candidates at the internship stage

• Interaction with managers and other departments

• Participation in the development of corporate culture

• Analysis of HR processes and making proposals for their improvement

We expect from you:

• Ability to find a common language with people

• Communication, responsibility and organization

• Information and documentation skills

• Positive attitude and desire to create a comfortable atmosphere

• Basic knowledge of PC and office programs

• Experience in HR will be a plus, but we are also open to candidates without experience who want learn
