The company is looking for a part-time HR manager who will deal with personnel issues and provide support to the manager in organizational and technical tasks.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting: posting vacancies, conducting initial interviews, interacting with candidates, searching for candidates via LinkedIn;
Maintaining personnel records and databases employees;
Supporting the manager in administrative and technical matters (scheduling meetings, organization of document flow, monitoring the execution of tasks);
Participation in communications in English (electronic correspondence, basic documentation, oral appeals).
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience in the field of HR, recruiting or administrative support (preferably from 1 year);
Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Intermediate;
Competent oral and written language (Ukrainian, Russian, English);
Responsibility, organization, attention to detail;
Sure skills in working with office programs (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
