Responsibilities:
- Assisting the HR manager in the search, selection and adaptation of new employees.
- Organizing interviews, communicating with candidates.
- Maintaining the employee database and updating personnel documentation.
- Coordination of the process of training and development of employees.
- Participation in internal HR projects and events (team building, corporate events, etc.).
- Help in forming a positive image of the company as an employer.
Requirements:
- Education in the field of HR, psychology, management or related fields (perhaps a student of the latter course).
- Work experience or internship in HR will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and English at a high level.
- Excellent organizational skills, responsibility, attention to detail.
- Confident PC user (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Communicative and people-oriented.
