We are a leading recruiting company in Ukraine, specializing in personnel selection for the Persian Gulf countries, including the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), Qatar, Saudi Arabia and others.

As a recruiter and HR manager, you will be responsible for the search, selection and hiring of qualified specialists for our clients. The main responsibilities will include:

• Exploring customer needs and developing candidate search strategies.
• Posting vacancies on various recruiting platforms and social networks.
• Active search and attraction of potential candidates.
• Conducting interviews and evaluating the skills and experience of candidates.
• Maintaining documentation and preparing necessary documents for hiring.
• Ensuring high quality customer and candidate service.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, an organized approach to work and the ability to work in a team. Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (unfinished higher education is also considered).
• Work experience in the field recruiting or HR would be an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate and above English language skills.
• Confident user of MS Office and other software.

Terms:

1) The office is located in the residential complex Odesa Tradition

2) 5 days and week (from Sunday to Thursday) Friday and Saturday - weekend
