Despite the war in our countries, we continue to work and develop the company, which is why we are looking for a cool assistant to the Head of the Sales Department (remote work format) to join our team of experts. What you need to do: Select the resumes of potential candidates for current company vacancies; Schedule interviews in agreement with the Head of the Sales Department; Manage personnel document flow; Interact with subcontractor marketing companies (SEO, PPC, e-mail marketing) for assistance in creating content, providing information and agreeing marketing activities; Maintain company pages in social media networks Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram channel and create text and visual content for them; Analyze the results of marketing activities and generate relevant analytical reports; Initiate the implementation of current trends and marketing tools; Assist the Head of the Sales Department with various simple issues and tasks. We are waiting for your resume if you have: Competent written and oral communication (Ukrainian and Russian); Knowledge of English at the level of e-mail correspondence; Knowledge of business correspondence rules and the basics of document flow; the field of Digital marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM, e-mail marketing) - processes, tools, key indicators; Experience of working or interacting with advertising agencies in the areas of SEO, PPC, e-mail marketing in the field of selling B2B services; High PC skills and Office products; Skills in creating graphic content in Canva, Adobe Photoshop or using artificial intelligence will be an advantage; Copywriting skills; High level of administrative skills, creativity, initiative, diligence and the ability to work in a team.
