Assistant for communications and support of influencer campaigns in SoundInfluencers

About the company:
SoundInfluencers is an international company specializing in the promotion of music in social networks. We work with influencers, artists, labels and event organizers from all over the world, launching digital campaigns that help music to be heard.
We are expanding the team and looking for a fast, responsible and communicative assistant to help with influencers and campaign management.

Responsibilities:

Communication with by influencers

Communicating with influencers (WhatsApp, email)

Searching and connecting new influencers

Maintaining regular and friendly contact

Supporting promotional campaigns:

Supporting campaigns and updating their statuses

Communication with influencers and reminders

Collection of results and materials

Help with reports

Participation in Instagram and TikTok campaigns

Requirements:

Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Speed, responsibility and hard work

English level A2-B1+ (sufficient for communication)

Basic/intermediate Google Sheets / Excel skills

Understanding music genres or willingness to learn quickly (we provide materials)

Attention to details, ability to work according to instructions• Stable computer and fast internet

Age: 18-29 years old

Working hours: 8:00-17:00 (by Kyiv), Mon-Fri. UAH/month)
