awardsRecruitment and SelectionManage and oversee the recruitment processSupport the Talent & Culture leader to ensure the property has the right talent in the right roleImplement retention strategies to fulfill business need objectivesInduction and OnboardingFollow and Implement all Company established onboarding procedures which ensure new colleagues feel welcome and all team members are prepared counselingConduct disciplinary meetings when requiredProcess and maintain confidential information and to properly document information for payroll purposes, i.e. new hire personal information, wage changes, termination, etc.Provide assistance relating to employee relations such as direct line committee organization, employee communication, bulletin boards, employee of the month program, employee picnics, parties and general meetingsFollow and enforce policies and proceduresFollow all safety policiesManage departmental financial budgeting and month end processesPerforms other duties as assigned which are directly related to the responsibilities of the position QualificationsThe individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:3-5 years of Human Resources experiencePrior Hospitality experience is desirableReading, writing, and oral proficiency in EnglishComputer literate in Microsoft Office applicationsUniversity/College degree in a related discipline preferredStrong organizational and leadership skillsHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamKnowledge of federal, state, and local law.Additional
