Assistant customer support manager in Travel Professional Group, TOV

Travel Professional Group is a company with many years of experience in the field of tourism and travel. We specialize in providing services to travel agencies and organizing travel for private clients. We are currently looking for a junior project manager to help us develop our services and ensure high quality service for our customers.

We need you if:
You have experience with customer inquiries (phone/mail/chat) and Service Desk/CRM systems, or have desire to receive
Able to communicate clearly, write competently in Ukrainian and keep calm in difficult situations
Attentive to details and like to understand the causes of the problem, not just "toss it on"
Basic knowledge of html
Intermediate English will be a plus

It will be a plus if you:
Orientate in OS (Windows/MacOS/Linux/Android/iOS) and browsers
Know how to use DevTools (Console/Network)
Know how to issue bug reports (steps/expected/fact/evidence) and worked/worked with Jira/Trello or similar

What you will do:
Accept and process requests from colleagues and partners (phone, mail, messengers, chats)
Advise employees about the operation of services and help find solutions
Diagnoses technical issues: collect details, check reproducibility, record facts
Transfer tasks to development or PM with a quality description and all necessary data
Help with settings and basic problems
Perform initial functional testing and post-update tests
Advise colleagues about the site and internal admin systems
