Assistant Crewing Manager | Columbia Shipmanagement (Odesa)

Columbia Shipmanagement Ukraina, one of the leading shipping companies in the world, is recruiting for the position of Assistant Crewing Manager in the office in Odesa.

We are looking for an attentive, responsible person who wants to develop in the maritime industry and gain valuable experience in an international company.

Main responsibilities:

• Processing visa, sub-flag and accompanying documents for preparing seafarers for the voyage

• Maintaining documentation and databases

• Working with e-mail and business correspondence

• Communicating with seafarers regarding the preparation of documents, trainings

• Assisting crewing manager in daily operational processes

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education or senior year student

• Good knowledge of English (oral and written)

• Confident PC user (MS Office, e-mail, office equipment)

• High speed printing, attention to detail

• Communication, responsibility, organization

• Willingness to learn and develop in the maritime industry

We offer:

• Working schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00

• Central office Odesa
