Assistant chief engineer (construction) in Irpin in MOLODIST, TOV, Investiciyna grupa

Requirements:

• higher education in the field of construction;
• experience of R&D in construction for at least 5 years;
• knowledge and understanding of internal and external engineering of networks is mandatory (water supply, sewerage, heat supply, electricity supply, fire alarm, smoke removal, etc.);
• ability to perform calculations of construction and installation works;
• knowledge of construction technologies (priority — engineering networks) ;
• initiative in implementing solutions to optimize construction in various directions;
• organizational and leadership qualities;
• ability to work in multitasking conditions;
• the ability to work with AutoCad, Microsoft Office.< /li>
• ability to work with project documentation.

Responsibilities:

• helping the chief engineer in solving current construction tasks;
• preparing, checking and maintaining technical documentation;
• submitting and receiving documents in authorities and enterprises related to construction (DTEK, GRMU, Vodokanal, etc.);
• calculations of construction works and materials (internal and external engineering networks);
• preparation of technical tasks for contractors;
• analysis of tender proposals of contractors (internal and external engineering networks);
• preparation of applications for material resources for construction works;
• work with project organizations on engineering communications , tower cranes (PVR);
• control of timely issuance of project documentation for construction;
• calculation of the cost of construction;
• checking of acts of completed works, executive documentation;< /li>
• periodic quality control of construction works.
