Currently, our publishing house Vivat has an open vacancy for an art editor.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for conceptual and artistic illustration and design publications.
- Art design of books (covers, illustrations, layout, etc.)
- Creation of briefs with artistic and technical tasks for full-time and freelance designers
- Search for performers and control work on the design at all stages before the print run
- Quality control of layouts (from an artistic and technical point of view), compliance by designers with deadlines
- Participation in preparation for book exhibitions and book design competitions
An advantage will be sketching skills, possession of a graphic tablet
