The main requirements: - education in the specialized specialty "Architecture and urban planning", the level is not lower than a bachelor's degree; - knowledge of the ArchiCad, Lumion programs at a high level, drawing skills create 3D models; - basic knowledge of the Photoshop program; - desire to learn and develop; - communication skills, focus on the result. Areas of work: - visiting the object, taking measurements, creating an accurate 3D model in the program based on them, developing planning solutions, approval with the customer; - preparation of drawings and specifications based on the agreed visualization, - development of architectural solutions for individual residential buildings and structures, preparation of drawings according to the requirements of the sketch of building intentions; - visualization of developed architectural objects in the Lumion program.
