Module Design is young, professional, ambitious a company that is growing and developing, bringing to life incredible projects in the field of design and production of "movable real estate", namely designing from scratch and manufacturing real masterpieces of modern architecture from glass and metal for various purposes (commercial/residential) in factory conditions, and have advantages in short implementation times and mobility.

We invite you to cooperate with an Assistant Architect-Designer for permanent work in the office.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher specialized education.
• Work experience from 1 year, portfolio available
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (Revit preferred), Lumion, Photoshop.
• Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, 3D Max will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of current trends in design, finishing and building materials, construction technologies.
• Knowledge of construction regulations
• Responsibility, pedantry, creativity, punctuality, attention to details.

DUTIES:

• Management of projects under the leadership of GAP
• Market monitoring from the point of view of architecture, following news and trends on the market.
• Project development at the concept stages, P and RD under the leadership of HAP
• Control of compliance of design solutions with current regulations and legal acts, technical tasks and requirements of the customer.
• Participation in negotiations with representatives and customer services, presentation of the project under the leadership of HAP
• Selection of materials, production, suppliers.
• Performance of author supervision.
• Interaction with engineers, buyers, company production
• Execution reporting tasks, responsibility for the result.
