"Assistant analyst (sales analyst)"

Main requirements:

• Higher education (economics, statistics, mathematics, business analytics).
• Experience as an analyst will be an advantage.
• Understanding of sales processes and key performance indicators.
• Ability to conduct data analysis and prepare reports.
• High level of mastery of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, PowerQuery), MS PowerPoint.
• Skills to create dashboards and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).

Main tasks:

• Prepare sales reports, analyze the implementation of plans and key indicators (KPI).
• Prepare presentations based on reporting results.
• Prepare dashboards and visual data for monitoring indicators.
• Collect, process and update information about competitors' prices, prepare comparative reports.
• Work with information, enter data into CRM and accounting systems, check their relevance.
• Write instructions.
• Participate in the development of report templates, development of dashboards and process automation. 
• Enter the data of new clients into the accounting system and check their relevance.
