Assistant analyst of the sales department in STV group

What we expect from you:

• A confident PC user: 1C, Word, Excel (consolidated tables, VPR);
• Experience with contracts and knowledge of the requirements for drawing up primary documents;
• Responsibility, communication skills, self-organization, attentiveness;
• Fast pace of work and high ability to learn.

What will you do in the Company:

• Management register of documentation: contracts, reconciliations, invoices;
• Issue reconciliations and invoices, control over their return;
• Manage contractual work and customer cards: checking, scanning;
• Provide support to the sales team (formation of reconciliations, collection of photo reports, request processing, etc.); 
• Support the payment adjustment process in 1C: check information and identify possible errors in data from logistics, commerce, finance and inform the Territorial Manager;
• Ensure communication between the commercial and logistics departments;
• Maintain the time sheet of sales department employees;
• Consolidate data from sales team runs.
