Assistant analyst in Dinternal Education

The international educational company Dinternal Education is looking for an assistant analyst. Dinternal Education is an exclusive partner of the British educational corporation Pearson. The main goal of the DinternalEducation company is to develop quality education in Ukraine, namely to help make the process of learning English and German languages ​​as convenient and efficient as possible. Main duties:

• Development and reporting automation
• Maintenance and improvement of existing analytical tools
• Collection, analysis and interpretation of data
• Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports
• Identifying trends, anomalies and opportunities to improve business processes

Requirements:

• High level of mastery of Excel (including the use of formulas, pivot tables, charts, Power Query, Power Pivot, macros)
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) will be an advantage
• High level of self-organization and ability to work independently
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

Key requirements:

• Experience in conducting analysis and creating reports
• Understanding of internal business processes
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and identify key performance indicators
• Ability to communicate analysis results and make recommendations for business decisions

Selection process:

The interview will take place in two stages:

1. The first stage is an interview with the leading analyst of the company.
2. The second stage is an interview with the director of the company.

A mandatory part of the interview is a test task , which takes 1 hour to complete.
