Due to the expansion of media buying business activities, we are looking for a promisingAssistant affiliate manager, (Assistant Offer Manager).

• analysis of the needs of our media buyers in caps and offers, identifying their needs and opportunities;
• searching and attracting new advertisers;
• developing and agreeing with partners on individual terms of cooperation;
• construction and development long-term relationships with partners;
• planning and defending the interests of the company to partners;
• conducting reconciliations with partners (advertisers and media buyers);
• analysis of the market and traffic , trends (current market news, TOP offers, new channels for working with traffic, etc.);
• expanding geographic coverage and range of offers;
• improving the conditions for working with media offers buyers;
• reporting;
• constant generation of new ideas and solutions to improve the work of our media buying and contribute, in particular, to your growth (material, professional, career) together with the team .

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• confident professional user of PC (MS Office) and the Internet, Google services (including Sheets);
• developed written and communication skills (incl. competent written and oral communication in English, Ukrainian and Russian);
• analytical mindset;
• super attentiveness, dedication and desire to achieve results;
• ability make balanced and calm decisions;
• business-oriented in solving problems;
• high degree of customer focus (including the ability to hear and not forget every media buyer and advertiser, to provide them answer, in any case, leave a positive impression of yourself from substantive and professional communication).

WILL BE ADVANTAGE:

• Good or fluent level of English.
• Knowledge of other languages ​​(Spanish, Chinese, Polish, Romanian, etc.).
