What is needed to do:

• Creation of regular and separate reporting for the members of the ALMC on the issues of asset and liability management, the state of liquidity risks and interest rate risk;
• Development of proposals to minimize the risks listed above, taking into account the achievement of the Bank’s strategic goals and the Bank’s compliance with the regulatory requirements of the NBU;
• Development of proposals to optimize the Bank’s net interest income, taking into account point 1 and 2.
• Interaction with other divisions of the Bank, which take part in the planning of the Bank's activities, for the development of short-term planning of the Bank as a whole.

This will require:

• Relevant work experience in the Bank - from 2x years
• Confident use of MS Office and Power BI, B2
• Knowledge of the normative framework of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding liquidity, reserves and risk management
• Understanding the accounting of key banking operations, balance sheet structure.
• Experience in budgeting (of the bank as a whole or of key operations) will be an advantage.
