The company is currently actively scaling and is looking for a Fixed Assets Administrator to join the team.
Key Functions:
- Ensure accurate asset register (equipment lists, serial numbers, location, status, etc.).
- Ensure that information is complete, up-to-date, and coordinated with financial and operational systems (e.g., ERP, EAM).
- Control the capitalization, depreciation, and write-off processes of assets in cooperation with the finance department.
- Track current status and movement and asset utilization between divisions or production sites.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, ISO 55000 requirements and auditing standards.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management, auditors and regulatory bodies.
Skills required for this position:
- Basic knowledge of accounting accounting.
- Work with databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP.
- English language - basic level.
Working conditions:
- Official employment.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9.00 - 18.00.
