Vira Games is an independent game company specializing in the development and publishing of mobile games . Our team is a creative alliance that combines experience, creativity, drive and professionalism.

We are looking for an experienced ASO Manager to join our team. Your job will be to attract an organic audience for hypercasual and casual games on the Google Play, App Store and Amazon platforms.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working with hypercasual and casual projects.
• Understanding of App Store and Google Play search algorithms (Amazon would be a plus).
• Experience in conducting A/B tests of graphic metadata.
• Knowledge of ASOdesk, AppFollow, Sensor Tower or similar ASO and analytics tools.
• Ability to create detailed specifications for graphics, video and texts.
• Experience with text metadata.
• Experience of professional work with AI tools.

Responsibilities:

• Attract organic audience for hypercasual and casual games on Google Play, App Store and Amazon platforms.
• Increasing the number of organic installs and conversion rates in the App Store and Google Play and Amazon.
• Analysis of the mobile gaming market, key trends and competitors.
• Collection and optimization of text metadata for all available locales.
• Conducting A/B tests of graphics and videos (including creating hypotheses and participating in brainstorming sessions).
• ASO performance monitoring, results analysis and reporting support.
• Collaboration with product teams, designers, motion designers and user engagement (UA) managers.
