Position in the Marketing Department/Center for Brand Management and Digital Customer Engagement/Digital Marketing Department/Internet Traffic Management Department

PUMB team is looking for an ASO/ASA Specialist who will help ourmobile applications to find their audience and grow with a comprehensive approach. If you understand the principles of search algorithms in stores (Google Play and App Store), are familiar with ASO metrics, have experience in successfully optimizing pages in Google Play and the App Store, and know how to use this tool to increase conversion and increase results in numbers, then we are waiting for you)

What to work on?

Field: FUIB banking applications (B2C and B2B)

Platforms: iOS, Mobile, Android

Professional knowledge and skills:

• 1+ years of ASO/ASA management experience
• Understanding the algorithms of the App Store, Google Play
• Knowledge of tools and systems that allow analyzing ASO results
• Ability to work with keywords and metadata optimization< /li>
• Ability to conduct testing and analyze results
• Ability to work with ASO tools AsoDesk, AsoMobile, Sensor Tower, AppAnnie, etc.
• Understanding search traffic and its impact on organic metrics
• Ability to work with traffic source Apple Search Ads (ASA)

• System thinking - the ability to take into account the mutual influence of all components of the system
• The desire to organize, automate and configure everything for autonomous operation
• The ability to bring what has been started to the end, regardless of the difficulties and obstacles that arise on the way 
• Ability to focus on details without forgetting the big picture of what is happening
• Ability to work in conditions of multitasking. 

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of analytical systems: Appsflyer, Firebase, Google Analytics (GA4 ).
• Knowledge of English at a good level will be an advantage for you

Your role:

• Development and implementation of an ASO strategy to improve the visibility of FUIB applications in application stores
• Analysis of ASO-strategies of competitors, monitoring trends
• Collection of a semantic core for all available localizations
• Building hypotheses about improving search positions of applications and their verification using experiments
• Optimization of application metadata (Title, Subtitle, Keywords (for iOS applications), short description and description (for Android applications).
• Measuring the effectiveness of optimization, preparing reports
• Increasing CR% conversion, positions in stores using various tools
• Increasing the volume of free (organic) users according to KPI
• Development of TOR for designers for graphic optimization
• Development of TOR for copywriters, translators
• Complex of measures to work with external ranking factors.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to agree ASO efforts
• Planning and implementation of app store advertising campaigns
• A/B testing (titles and descriptions, icons and screenshots, keys)
