About the vacancy Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Your task is to develop, implement and optimize solutions on the basis of artificial intelligence and large language models (LLM) to automate business processes, improve efficiency and support decision-making in the Naftogaz Group. Integration of AI models into the Microsoft corporate ecosystem. Key challenges and tasks: Development and implementation AI solutions (including LLM)
— RAG systems design and integration with corporate data
— Business process automation using Microsoft Power Platform
— Data interaction in Microsoft Fabric
— Prototyping and MVP
— Model integration into work systems (API, Microsoft 365, Power Apps)
— Data quality analysis and Model Improvement
—Documenting Solutions

Our ideal candidate:

1. Education:

— Higher technical education (computer science, applied mathematics, IT specialty)

— Courses in AI/ML, LLM, Azure AI, Data Science. Microsoft certifications (Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Scientist, Power Platform)

2. Professional experience:

- 2-5 years in the areas of: AI/ML, process automation, model integration, solution development using LLM
- Experience in the Microsoft stack (Fabric, Azure AI, Cognitive Services, Power Platform)
- Hands-on work with data, analytical pipelines, APIs, vector stores

3. Knowledge and skills:

— Microsoft Azure AI (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, AI Studio)
— Development and deployment of models (MLflow, Azure ML)
— Integration of LLM into business processes, industrial engineering
— Construction of RAG architectures
— Automation development (Power Automate, Logic Apps)
— Python (LLM frameworks: LangChain, Semantic Kernel, HuggingFace)
—SQL
—Understanding ETL/ELT, API, microservices
—Working with vector databases
