Company Gamepack opens a search for the position of Art Production Manager ! If you have experience in GameDev or gambling, know how to effectively collaborate with artists and organize work, then we are looking for you!

You will become part of an art team of more than 50+ experienced specialists in 2D Art, Animation, Concept Art and 3D Art. Your main responsibilities will be team coordination, task setting, deadline control and we are always open to process improvement.

Who we are looking for:

• From 2 years of experience in GameDev/or related projects
• Experience of cooperation with artists and understanding of art outsourcing
• English at a level not lower than Intermediate
• Understanding of competencies and skills different artists and the ability to find the right specialist for the task
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Analytical thinking < /li>
• Pragmatic and autonomous approach to identifying and solving problems
• Mastery of tools used for project management and tracking

Responsibilities :

• Evaluation of the scope of work, project planning, quality control, deadlines and budgets, project documentation management
• Coordination of the art team: task setting, prioritization, execution control, resource management
• Improvement and optimization of work processes of the art team
• Reporting on the progress of tasks and the project as a whole
• Interaction with other departments of the company and the customer, as well as close cooperation with the art director and producer to achieve the desired quality results
• Risk management and prompt problem resolution
• Tracking and optimization of work processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
