We’re seeking a  Art Lead (Unreal Engine) to join our team!

🚀 Responsibilities:

Artistic Vision:
— Establish and articulate a clear artistic vision for the game, ensuring it aligns with the overall creative direction set by the project leads.

Team Leadership:

— Lead and inspire a team of artists, including concept artists, 3D modelers, animators, and other art-related roles;

— Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to promote artistic growth within the team.

Project Planning:

— Work with project managers and other leads to define artistic goals, timelines, and resource requirements for each phase of the project.

Art Direction:

— Define and maintain the artistic style, mood, and tone of the game; Ensure consistency in art assets and visual elements throughout the entire project.

🎮 Requirements:

— Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Digital Arts, or a related field;

— Proven experience as a Lead Artist or in a similar role within the game development industry;

— Strong artistic and creative skills, with a portfolio showcasing diverse artistic styles and techniques;

— Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities; Proficiency with industry-standard art tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, ZBrush);

— Familiarity with game development pipelines and workflows;

— A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.
