Slot game development studio with over 4 years of experience in game development. Our team is industry experts passionate about creating high quality games and providing best-in-class solutions to the iGaming community.

The following skills are important to us:
— 4+ years of experience in crafting 2D artwork for the gaming industry;
— 1+ year of experience on positions like Lead 2D Artist / Lead Artist / Art Manager or other relevant;
— Experience in gambling development must have;
— Art education or academic drawing, good sense of color, developed artistic taste;
— Attention to detail, multitasking, generation of ideas;
— Portfolio;
— Strong Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:
— Experience in brand identity development and management.

Your future responsibilities:
— Leading and mentoring the Art-team:

• Working closely with Streams Lead artists, supervising their work;
• Helping artists to evolve, by evaluating their skills and preparing their development plans;
• Providing feedback on the Art tasks, making overpaints and polishment if needed;
• Schedule and convey Master-classes, trainings, workshops for art team education/knowledge transfer.

— Market re-search, make sure Art is in trend and the team is stuck to the high standards of the industry giants;
— Unique Art style development, supervising Slot art development to make it solid;
— Creating Game Art Concepts;
— To be involved in projects planning, evaluating the time and resources needed for the Art Development;
— Integration of new tools and processes in the Art development in order to enhance quality and optimise resources.
