Art Director/ Creative Group Head in MEX a member of HAVAS

Creative bundle agency MEX a member of Havas. We are the first in the history of Ukrainian advertising to be shortlisted for the Cannes Lions (this is in addition to the 130 other awards we have won during our 23-year history!). Among our clients are Vodafone, Nova Poshta, Farmak, Schneider Electric and other brands loved by millions of Ukrainians. But enough about us!  

Requirements:

• Experience as an art director in an advertising agency
• Knowledge of design trends and deep understanding of the market
• High proficiency in Adobe and Figma graphics suite
• Creativity and exceptional design ability
• Highly skilled in graphic design and art

• Ability to manage and inspire a creative team
• Ability to work together with a creative director or copywriter

What should be done? It's simple - work in a team led by a creative director to fulfill a number of duties:  

• Development of creative concepts and visual solutions for 360 advertising projects.
• Working with statics, videos, creative concepts, design of events, branding, work with non-standard creative.
• Management of the creative unit and cooperation with other teams.
• Creation and implementation of original design ideas.

• Interaction with clients at the level of presentation and argumentation of ideas.
• Creation of turnkey presentations of your ideas - from description to visualizations.

Must: have your a computer that pulls work with heavy graphic files and video rendering.
