Art Director in Business Tuning Center (BTC)

We are BTC, a marketing agency from Kyiv, and we have been tuning the communication brand for 18 years. We are currently looking for an Art Director with an artistic vision, structural thinking and the ability to create high-quality visualizations. We will work with you on: creation and visualization of concepts, development of materials for events and promo campaigns - independently or together with a designer; development of key visual, logos and identities; adaptation of layouts for different markets and territories; design of tender presentations and presentations for the client; creation of visual concepts and their adaptation based on references; creation of animated banners; You will also be responsible for all visual materials generated by the department and supervise the work of designers. This is you , if: you have 3 years of experience in a similar position, you have so much experience, but you are ready to grow and work, you create a cool design and want your red dot, you understand the importance of deadlines and are ready to meet them, all projects are your own and your favorite, and you know how to balance between projects and keep them in focus you know graphic programs: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint and Google Doc (additional programs are +++ 3D Max) you know English at level B1 and above; Art education is welcome.
