Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation (UCBS) is an independent analytical center specializing in national security issues. Our mission is to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities by conducting research, developing strategic communications, and implementing partnership projects.  We are looking for an Art Director who shares our values ​​and strives to contribute to the strengthening of the state. 

Requirements:

• To share the values of the independence and sovereignty of Ukraine, through their professional activities.
• Experience as an art director or senior designer.
• Strong portfolio in the field of web design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop.
• In-depth understanding of UX/UI principles of design.
• Skills to effectively manage a creative team and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• High level of creativity, attention to detail and systematic approach.
