Art director in The Capital, AN

T.H.E. Capital, a premium real estate agency, is looking for a specialist for the position of Art Director. Our agency consists of young and ambitious professionals who know how to turn everyday work into real pleasure.

What will you do?:

• Generate ideas and concepts for advertising projects yourself or in tandem with a copywriter;
• Development of the visual component of an advertising product;
• Implementation of the visual part of design layouts, developed concepts;
• If necessary, managing the work of designers (staging tasks, checking finished layouts, making comments, as well as providing source materials necessary for the execution of layouts);
• Participating in the preparation of presentations for clients;
• Tracking and analysis of the advertising market, as well as competitive environment for the client;
• Control the compliance of advertising materials with special documentation (brief, brand book, etc.);
• Perform other duties required by this position.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have successful work experience in graphic design from 1 year;
• You have knowledge of computer editors: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.
• Responsible, self-organized, proactive, creative;
• Ready to complete a test task and have a cool portfolio.
