Art concept lead designer/director in Media Council

We are a business/media office of the Media Council, which owns the main business portal delo.ua, the top media for marketers MMR.ua, the business woman's digest WoMo.ua and the magazine "Top-100. Ratings of the largest" and holds a number of major professional events such as the Business Wisdom Summit, GET Business Festival and others. We are currently looking for an Art concept lead designer/director in Kyiv or remotely. We are looking for you if you have experience: • in the field of art design 5+ years (in lead position 2+ years);• work with media projects from 2 years;• with remote teams and having contacts with outsourced performers;• planning budgets for the project/site/functional in terms of resources/finances;• in creating projects from scratch. Instead, we offer:• work in the office/remote;• flexible schedule: the ability to start work from 9:00 to 11:00, and finish from 18:00 to 20:00 — as convenient, focus on results .• 24 calendar days of paid vacation and sick days;• a convenient modern office near the Darnytsia metro station in Kyiv with autonomous power supply, satellite Internet, a bomb shelter. Your tasks will be:• creation/updation/adaptation of brand books/art concept for media assets of the holding and of the media holding itself within the framework of business positioning; • audit of media assets on the subject of site navigation, general UI of sites, structuring of information presentation in accordance with the business concept of each asset. Development of a list of recommendations for optimization and a plan for revisions based on them; • creation of a unique format (styles, creatives, submission format and toolkit) of special projects for each media asset with reference to business goals and niches of special projects. • formation/implementation of a plan for directly for the quarter/year with the calculation of resources/financial expenses in accordance with business goals.
