About the job
The ICRC Armed and Security Forces (FAS) Unit seeks a highly capable FAS Programme Advisor to join our team in our Dnipro office. In close cooperation with the team members and line managers, an FAS Programme Advisor will be monitoring military developments and conflict dynamics in the Area of Responsibility (AoR) as well as networking with and mapping key armed forces interlocutors. In addition, s/he might be tasked and responsible for advising the management of Dnipro Sub-Delegation (SD) on potential risks and support in ensuring the proper functioning of the sub-delegation’s security management system.
