We are currently also developing our own technological product, the beneficiaries of which are distribution and production centers and other places where efficiency is crucial.
Your main tasks:
- Enforcement of sales plans;
- Actively searching for new customers and building long-term relationships with current customers;
- Labor market analysis and identification of business opportunities;
- Preparing and presenting commercial offers and negotiating terms of cooperation;
- Creating and implementing sales strategies in a designated area;
- Analysis of sales results and implementation of corrective actions;
- Monitoring market trends and competition activities;
- Cooperation with the recruitment department to ensure that candidates are properly matched to client needs;
- Regular reporting of sales results to the General Director;
- Preparing analyzes and reports regarding sales activities;
- Using analytical data to optimize sales processes;
- Representing the agency at business meetings, conferences and other industry events;
- Taking care of the positive image of the company and the quality of services provided;
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients;
- Coordination of activities with other company departments (e.g. marketing, finance, HR) in order to achieve common goals;
- Cooperation in the implementation of new products and services and their promotion on the market.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferred in the HR industry, recruitment or temporary work;
- Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiations and building relationships with clients;
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends and draw conclusions;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Knowledge of the labor market, recruitment processes and the specific nature of temporary work;
- Willingness to travel on business within the designated area of operation.
