Main duties : Search for real estate objects for renting shops. Analysis of the technical condition of the premises, taking measurements of the premises. Preparation of presentations of the object for consideration by the management and decision-making. Conducting negotiations with the owners, communication with realtors. Conclusion of the lease agreement, negotiations with the owners according to the terms of the agreement rents. Requirements: Experience as a development manager in retail chains.
