Vacancy: Development managerPlace of work: KharkivLev-Invest LLC company is looking for an energetic and motivated development manager to join its team, namely, the opening of branches (delivery points) of the online store "Rosetka". We have existing branches and plan to increase their number. Responsibilities: Active search and selection of suitable locations for opening new company branches in Ukraine. The priority is the center and east of Ukraine, regional centers Interaction with owners or managers of potential facilities for the conclusion of lease agreements or the purchase of premises. Implementation of the strategy of opening new branches Management of the process of opening new branches, including the organization of repair work, purchase of necessary equipment and furniture. Requirements: Work experience in the field of opening post offices, stores, points of sale or real estate management will be an advantage. High level of communication skills and persuasiveness. Ability to work in a team and manage projects. Excellent negotiation and contracting skills. Willingness to use active sales and find new customers.
