Architectural Designer - Remote in Actalent

Description: Assist with the programming, design and production (in Revit) of drawing packages through SD, DD, and CD. Develop presentations and renderings. Research updated product data for specifications. Coordinate with engineers and perform clash detection. Assist with field measurements and documentation. Review shop drawings and help maintain construction administration logs. Assist with maintaining Revit standards, templates and library. Manage project files. Initially this person will be hired on as a Full-Time W-2 employee of Actalent where you would receive an hourly wage, pto, holiday pay, Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision insurance), and 401k. After being an employee of Actalent for 12 -months, this person will have the option to transition to the Architecture firm as a direct employee.Skills:revit, construction documents, architecture, design, draft, architect, architectural, job captain,Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years full-time in a commercial design firm.
