The Client is a CA Architectural firm that works with 90% residential buildings.Responsibilities:Projects range from 90% single-family custom homes to 10% commercial buildingsCreating and editing architectural models for single-family, multi-family, and commercial projectsPerforming QA/QC on drawings and models to ensure accuracyGenerate Structural details and structural plans based on engineering notes and redlinesRespond to building department comments and incorporate building code into plans;Developing conceptual exterior drawings and schematic designsReviewing construction drawings of designers and drafters to ensure project consistencyDesign and document exterior elevations for residential homesRenderings of projectsCoordinate design concepts with the Lead/Management/ClientReview local jurisdictional requirements and ensure project designs complyWork with assigned team members to execute all aspects of architectural plansCoordinate with structural engineers to ensure all architectural components are feasibleCoordinate with 3rd party designers and manufacturers to ensure all intended architectural components are incorporatedWork within assigned team deadlines and milestonesCoordinate with project coordinators to ensure all construction documents are completed as defined in the proposalGenerate structural details and plansJob requirements4+ years of experience in Architecture. USA experience is obligatoryBachelors in Architecture (Masters Preferred)Strong Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate Level of English is a MUSTPassionate for good designCreative and self-motivatedTeam OrientedAbility to learn new building codes as neededComfortable with tight deadlinesComfortable with small and large projectsTools: Trello, Revit, GSuite, BIM360, LumionWorking conditions: Work schedule: first 3 months — 16:00 — 01:00 (Kyiv time), later 12.00 — 21.00Competitive Salary in USDRemote or Hybrid mode of work10+ business days of paid time offTeam building and corporate eventsEquipment providedA supportive team
