Architect (unified communications and contact centers) in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

We are currently looking for a Unified Communications Architect who will be responsible for building and developing unified communications solutions for the DTEK group of companies, namely: IP telephony, UCCE-based contact centers, video conference communication, cloud services Teams and Webex. Finding solutions for combining these technologies and building operational processes. Planning and architecting business solutions and providing expertise to product and project teams.

Skills :

• 3+ years of experience working with Cisco UC or Cisco UCCE solutions 
• Deep understanding of the architecture and principles of operation of unified communications and contact centers, knowledge of the principles of operation of SIP, CUBE/SBC, call routing rules
• Knowledge of enterprise-level infrastructure construction
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure construction and data transmission protocols
• Practical experience in designing, implementing and supporting contact center platform solutions
• Experience with cloud solutions for unified communications: Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams and their integrations 
• Experience in working with monitoring systems and self-configuring business service monitoring
• Experience with REST APIs to be able to describe integrations with third-party business systems 
• Experience in Windows and Linux system administration
• Knowledge of the fundamental principles of AWS or Azure data centers

It will be a plus:

• Availability of Cisco Collaboration and/or Microsoft Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer certification
• Experience using devops practices on projects
• Experience in IT consulting

Responsibilities:

• Formation of functional and non-functional requirements for business projects from the infrastructure side
• Development of infrastructure architecture in projects according to requirements, constraints and best practices
• Development of the unified communications architecture development strategy and its continuous improvement
• Participation and coordination of the implementation of developed solutions 
• Working in a team with other infrastructure architects to implement product and project solutions
• Control of the compliance of deployed infrastructure solutions in accordance with the approved architecture and conducting architectural audits
  Implementation and control of compliance with the rules and standards to which the unified communications environment must comply
• Setting and monitoring tasks for infrastructure teams and cloud administrators
• Implementation of information security requirements to the solution infrastructure and development of incident response procedures
• Development of plans to minimize risks that may be identified by information security
• Participation in the calculation of budgets and TSO
• Participation in the pre-sale of unified communications solutions
• Participation in cultural transformation and changes in the corporate perception of cloud technologies and DevOps practices 
• Identification, research and implementation of new technologies and tools of unified communications 
• Writing technical documentation by direction 
• Providing technical expertise to members of product, design and operations teams
