Main duties

• Development of urban planning documentation (complex, master plans, detailed plans of territories, development concepts): preparation of graphic materials and an explanatory note;
• Conducting preliminary studies, collection of initial data, analysis of urban planning conditions:
• Cooperation with other designers (engineers, ecologists). Independent development of engineering parts, SEO will be an advantage;
• Work with state norms and standards in the field of urban planning:
• Participation in public hearings, defense of work at the urban planning council;
• Preparation of works for release. Issuance of works: printing, firmware.

Qualification requirements

• Higher education in the specialty "Architecture and urban planning";
• Work experience in the field of architectural or of urban planning;
• Knowledge of urban planning legislation of Ukraine, DBN, DSTU;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD/Revit, GIS programs (QGIS, ArcGIS), Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator;
• A qualification certificate is desirable.
