PICHE is Latvia’s largest business park development company, which has been engaged in the DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, DEVELOPMENT and OWNERSHIP of industrial buildings and apartment buildings for 18 years.

We continue to grow, so we invite an  Architect-technician to join our team.

We expect from you:

• Excellent technical capabilities , strong knowledge and understanding of the role of Architect;
• Fluent English as writing and speaking;
• Accuracy, sense of responsibility and honesty;
• Good or excellent Autodesk Revit software skills ;
• Education and experience in the field of architecture at least for 4 years ;
• To  be experienced in creation of Architectural 3D models, technical drawings, detail drawings, material specifications etc.
• Good problem-solver skills;
• Innovative thinking , desire to work with new technologies and solutions;
• Project deadline fulfillment, quality;
