What we EXPECT: Overwhelming! — desire to learn and grow professionally as an architect and as a BIM specialist; Higher professional education (architecture); Confident command of the Revit program will be an advantage — Navisworks; Experience in project development at all stages of design; Proficiency in English at the Pre-Intermediate level and above; Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, time management, ability to go beyond stereotyped solutions; Knowledge of the regulatory framework (required); Desirable work experience in a project organization. Main TASKS: Development of project documentation of the AR section at the EP, P, R stages; Object analysis, preparation of architectural solutions, processing of raw data; Development of conceptual solutions for projects in Israel; Participation in the agreement and justification of architectural solutions with the customer; Determination of the scope of work and terms of project implementation; Verification of design solutions for compliance with the technical task; High-quality development of the architectural section of the project at all stages of preparation.
