We are part of the largest company in Ukraine. Our target product is an impeccable IT service for Naftogaz Group companies. For us, the result is important, not the number of hours worked. We were founded in June 2018 and are currently developing rapidly. Our company is guided by the IT development strategy for the Naftogaz Group in 2019−2023 by developing a target system architecture, implementing the best IT practices that will lead to the improvement of the operating performance of the Naftogaz Group. The company's project portfolio is rapidly increasing, therefore, for their implementation, we are looking for a project architect for SAP HCM implementation in our team. What will be performed: Participation in SAP HCM implementation projects in Naftogaz group companies in the role of project architect: Designing the architecture of the SAP HCM system, including integration with external systems; Technical coordination of a team of SAP HCM consultants in the areas of automation: payroll (PY), time accounting™, personnel administration (PA), organizational management (OM); Formation of tasks for the development of extensions to the standard functionality of SAP HCM and requirements for integration interfaces; Assistance to the business team in formulating requirements for the SAP HCM system, balancing requirements with system capabilities, deadlines, informing about the long-term consequences of decisions. What are our requirements for a potential candidate: Higher economic or technical education; Experience in implementing the SAP HCM system for at least 5 years; They teach in at least one project of the full cycle of SAP HCM system implementation in the role of a project architect; Confident knowledge of the functional architecture of the SAP HCM system and the interactions of the system modules; Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP; Knowledge of the subject area of ​​personnel accounting and payroll, including basic knowledge of legislation — KZPP; Experience in configuring FIORI interfaces will be an advantage; Possession of SAP certificates will be an advantage. Necessary personal competencies: Excellent communication skills; Goal-oriented, result-oriented, the ability to find approaches to the customer and compromise with colleagues; Systemic analytical thinking; Flexibility (ability to balance business needs, technological capabilities and resource limitations).
