Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education;

• 3 years of experience as an architect ;

• Ability to independently lead projects from idea to implementation

• Knowledge of Revit or ArchiCAD programs is MANDATORY, LUMION , knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D MAX - welcome;

• Knowledge in the field of modern construction and finishing materials

• Ability to work on several projects at the same time, quickly switch from task to task, work within the set deadline.

• Knowledge of design norms ;

• Attention to detail.

• Lack of employment with another employer or in own projects

• Ability to work in a team and under the guidance of a project manager

Job responsibilities:

• development of the architectural and sketching part of projects of frame, frame-panel houses, in accordance with current regulations and standards, and technical design tasks< /p>

• design of low-rise buildings from sketch to working documentation!

• coordination of architectural sections with adjacent sections of design and working documentation

• development of projects from sketch to working documentation

• Selection of finishing materials, furniture and equipment

• development of project nodes and details

• Interaction with contractors and suppliers

• Copyright supervision as necessary

• self-organization and control of the terms of assigned tasks

• Development of facade concepts;

• Development of demonstration materials (presentations, collages, 3D visualizations)

• Participation in the preparation of technical specifications for design;

• Experience working with wooden structures and small architectural forms based on a wooden frame is welcome.
