Action in the best interests of the company. Requirements: Higher specialized education. Work experience of 2 years or more, portfolio (preferably hotel complexes). Proficiency in ArchiCAD/ Revit programs , Lumion, Photoshop, and others. Knowledge of building regulations. Knowledge of the regulatory framework for design (norms of DBN, DSTU) Availability of a portfolio with implemented projects. Responsibility, creativity, punctuality, attention to details. Responsibilities: Participation in the development of a design project, planning decisions, pre-project proposals. Preparation of project documentation (AI department (interior design)). Coordination of project decisions with partners and contractors. Selection materials, equipment and elements of design and architecture. development of design concepts for entrance groups, office premises, common areas; working with drawings in ArchiCad. 3D visualization of projects. Project management as an Architect (complex management of the architectural part of the entrusted project). Definition of the architectural concept of buildings and structures. Control of compliance of design decisions with current regulations and legal acts, technical tasks and requirements. Interaction with agreeing organizations, control of elimination of comments. Participation in negotiations with representatives and services, presentation of the project. Reporting on the completion of tasks, responsibility for the result.
