REQUIREMENTS: Higher specialized education. Work experience of 5 years or more, the presence of a portfolio (cottage development, hotel complexes). Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop and other programs. Knowledge of building regulations is mandatory .Knowledge of modern trends in design, knowledge of modern decoration and building materials and construction technologies.Experience of working with metal structures will be an advantage.Responsibility, meticulousness, creativity, punctuality, attention to details.DUTIES: Project management as an Architect (complex management of the architectural part of the entrusted project ).Determining the architectural concept of buildings and structures.Constant monitoring of the market of modular constructions, from the point of view of architecture, monitoring of novelties and market trends.Development of TK for design and TK for production.Independent development of the project at the stages of the concept, P and RD.Control of the compliance of project decisions with current regulations and legal acts, technical tasks and requirements of the customer. Interaction with conciliatory organizations, control over the elimination of comments. Participation in negotiations with representatives and customer services, project presentation. Selection of materials, productions, suppliers. Completing the module. Carrying out author supervision. Interaction with engineers, buyers, company production.
