We are looking for a qualified architect-designer to join our team at Prodys Group, LLC. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of architectural design projects, ensuring the high quality and aesthetics of each project. Main Responsibilities: Development of conceptual designs, including space planning, interior and exterior design; Interacting with clients to gather requirements and clarify details of the project; Creation of detailed drawings and 3D models of projects; Selection of materials and furniture, calculation of the project cost; Management of the process of project implementation, cooperation with other specialists, for example, construction contractors and decorators. Requirements: Experience in the field of architectural design from 1 year; Ability to work with design programs such as AutoCAD, REVIT, LUMION. Knowledge of current trends in design and materials; Ability to work in a team and a high level of communication; Responsibility, detail orientation and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
