ARCHITECT — DESIGNER Functional Duties: Development of interior concepts. Work on planning solutions, selection of interior references to determine the stylistic direction of the design. Development of sketches and 3D schemes in Revit for the approval of non-standard solutions with the customer Designing the concept presentation album according to the company's established template. Participation in meetings with customers in the process of designing and implementing interior objectsDevelopment of interior design in Revit using plug-ins for sketch visualizations, working out the model with textures and detailsPreparation of the model for handing over the task to the visualizerUnderstanding and applying the principles of modeling in Revit to collect preliminary specifications of materials and furniture at the stage of concept development. Selection of furnishing materials, furniture, sanitary ware and decorations. Understanding of their technical features of installation, scope of use, economic and quality characteristics. Development of solutions for transferring tasks to the calculation department of the complete set, ability to formulate a request for the work of suppliers and/or manufacturers. Development of working documentation of the architectural interior section alone or with the involvement of an interior architect erev Understanding the distribution of design tasks and their sequence during teamwork in Revit. Development of technical tasks of atypical interior solutions, taking into account the ergonomic and technical qualities of materials, as well as their economic features.
