Requirements: Basic architectural, construction, technical higher education, age 30−45 years. Work experience of 10 years or more, the presence of implemented projects in Ukraine and abroad. Knowledge of all architectural and design programs, English is desirable, having your own car. Pleasant appearance, business style. Proactive attitude in life, ability to see things through to completion. High self-organization and self-confidence. Understanding of business etiquette and communication components. Communicability, diligence and perseverance. Creative approach to project implementation. Analytical thinking, organization of processes, formation of corporate culture. Working conditions: Full-time from 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday, Sunday — weekend. Individual schedule possible, also part-time or remote. Head office in the center of Kyiv. Regional office in Irpin. More detailed information at the meeting at the interview. Responsibilities: Development of individual projects that can be realistically implemented. Preparation of concepts for presentation to the customer. Development of realistic 3D visualizations of buildings. apartments, offices, cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, medical clinics. Knowledge of the market of manufacturers of global brands that are relevant today and are available in production, warehouse, salon, store in Ukraine or abroad. Full management of the project from the beginning to its completion , including all stages. Approval of technical specifications with the customer and all team members. Adherence to the project implementation schedule, approval of all adjustments and additional wishes of the customer. Synchronization of all processes between the manager, the work group and the customer. High-quality and timely execution of a specific section of work. Full support of the project after its completion and handover to the customer. Approval of the estimate for repair work. Further implementation of the project, execution of construction and finishing works.
