Confident mastery of ArchiCAD. 3D design skills, creating and customizing automated catalogs. Confident PC user: MsOffice proficiency. Wood frame house design experience preferred. 3D photorealistic rendering skills (preferred). The ability to work with AI in the field of visualization will be an advantage. Knowledge of the regulatory framework (DBN, DSTU, SniP). The ability to quickly find the necessary information in open sources. Responsibilities: Design and development of documentation for modular prefabricated frame houses of factory production from wood. amount of material for drawing up estimates and preparation of CP.
