Responsibilities: direct participation in the development of a design project, planning decisions, pre-project proposals; preparation of project documentation (AI department (interior design)); coordination of project decisions with partners and contractors; author supervision; work with the Customer or with the customer service; selection of materials, equipment and elements of design and architecture. Requirements: higher education is desirable (professional education in architecture or interior design); work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; knowledge of programs: ArchiCAD and Revit; knowledge of the regulatory framework for design is welcome (DBN norms, DSTU) knowledge of interior styles and decoration materials; mandatory presence of a PORTFOLIO (or a link to a portfolio); responsibility and attention to detail.
