Main duties

• Analysis of initial data for design
• Development of the concept, project documentation and drawings for the construction and design of branded stores "ROSHEN" (in the architectural part), responsibility for the author's control over the implementation of projects
• Development of drawings and graphic works (technical tasks, equipment specifications, advertising media)
• Performing work on making changes to existing objects, comparing project documents with their implementation, making changes to the developed project documentation
• Conducting several projects at the same time
• Participating in meetings with subcontractors by organizations
• Prompt resolution of issues that arise in the design process and at the construction stages.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher professional education
• Work experience is welcome
• Knowledge of regulatory documents, design technologies
• Knowledge of the market of modern finishing and building materials, furniture, as well as construction technologies
• Experienced PC user, knowledge of Archicad, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, object visualization programs - welcome.
• Readiness for business trips.
